- consultation with organisers to determine exact accommodation requirements;
- assistance with completion of booking form;
- handling of booking form and receipt of deposit;
- allocation of rooms in accordance with requirements and subject to availability;
- sending to each participant of individual letter of confirmation and a town plan with location of chosen hotel;
- preparation of lists of guests according to hotel;
- payment of deposits direct to hotel.
